  The Ricoh Pro C7110 digital press prints two sides on coated and uncoated paper up to 110lb/12 pt cover. (This press can produce variable data such as pictures, names, and addresses on each sheet which can help you personalize your printed pieces to your customer. • Full Sheet Densitometer

  Save make-ready and press-check time by automatically reading the entire sheet for ink density; displays and prints out a graph of the ink density for the entire sheet for review, and automatically transfers needed color changes to press to maintain consistent color throughout job.

• Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher

  Muller Martini Fox 321 saddle stitcher with 3-knife Trimmer with 6-pocket Collator (for booklets and magazines up to 18 3/4" binding side x 12" width,  3/8" thickness, to a minimum size of 6" binding side x 3 3/4" width. Note: under special circumstances we can bind smaller books 2 up using extra waste paper and trimming off-line.)

• Perfect Binder

  With 12-station Gatherer (Binds books up to 14" binding side x 10", minimum 6"x 4.5"; minimum 1/8" to maximum 1 1/2" thickness. Note: under special circumstances we can bind smaller books 2 up using extra waste paper.) To insure good page adhesion, binder "notches" spine text pages of book before applying Hot-melt glue and has "nipper" to form cover to book text pages.
